Who is compiling information from each of the 41 action items? For example, you cannot look at lab services without considering attrition rates & the definition of "core capability" (which have been assigned to two other task groups). These action items are often quite dependent on each other. Asking management to make decisions based on 41 independent items does not paint the whole picture. It seems to me that a significant effort is needed in the area of compilation, either by a separate committee or by senior management.	01/29/2007
