| Are our clients aware that all of our "incidental" costs are billed to them as we are instructed to do? Credit Card training, Computer Security training, Security training - all these courses and other incidentals that are mandatory for every employee in the TSC to complete get billed to clients. This isn't right and team 13 even states that ONLY tasks defined in service agreements should be billed to our clients. Yet we are instructed to DO this. I don't think it is fair to our clients and it isn't fair to us when the slightest cost overrun is examined with a microscope. |
