The GSA FTS-2001 contract is nearing completion to be replaced by Netwrox. Networx provides a shift in how network services are to be provided in the future using a more utility model. DOI is currently working on transitioning services over to the contract developing a Statement of Requirements for voice and local services and a complex State of Work for ESN.
