On the Uncompahgre River, about 2 miles south of Montrose, Colorado

1883. Acquired by Reclamation in 1908, supplemental construction in 1908 and 1911, rehabilitated in 1974.

On the Uncompahgre River, about 8 miles south of Montrose, Colorado

Year Completed

1883. Constructed by private interests. Supplemental construction by Reclamation in 1908, 1911, 1912, and 1915.
New structure built in 1963.
